I switched back to FeedDemon, now that it synchronizes with Google Reader (which I still think is the best web-based reader). FeedDemon now integrates with Twitter. Nick Bradbury, the author of FeedDemon, explains why you would want to use a desktop reader. [RSS]

The "best" feed reader is a matter of individual preference, or even personal taste. ;-) There are many good ones. Most of them, including the best, are free like browsers.
